In short: if you ask for the free audit, we keep the details you give us to email or call you and prepare that audit. If you only ask for your test result by email, we keep your email and your answers to send it to you and write to you with ideas for your company. We don't sell or share them, we don't use cookies, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. We count visits and a few steps on the website on our own server without knowing who you are.
Basic information
| Controller | Ángel Muñoz Ruiz (Spanish tax ID 49596886P), in Murcia (Spain), owner of this website, on behalf of LemoonLabs, a project by Ángel Muñoz Ruiz and Miguel Martínez that is not yet a company. Both can see the data. More in the legal notice. |

| Contact | contacto@lemoonlabs.com |
| Purpose | Emailing or calling you to prepare the free 30-minute audit you ask for (until 2/11/2026 it was called a "chat") and to talk about whatever we discuss in it; if you ask for your test result by email, sending you your result and writing to you with ideas for your company; and knowing, with numbers and no names, how the website is used. |
| Legal basis | For the audit and for sending you your result, your consent, given by ticking its box (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time. For counting visits and the steps towards the audit, our legitimate interest in knowing whether the website works (Article 6(1)(f)), with no data that identifies you. |
| Who else sees it | Nobody else receives it for their own use. We don't sell or share it. It's stored on a Contabo GmbH server in France, inside the European Union, and the alerts and daily summary we send ourselves arrive in our Zoho mailbox (Zoho Corporation B.V., with servers in the EU). Both only host it. |
| Your rights | Access, correct, delete, object, restrict and take your data with you by emailing contacto@lemoonlabs.com. |
What we store if you ask for the free audit
- Your company's name, your name, your email and, if you give it, your phone number.
- What you tell us takes up your time.
- Your company's sector, if you typed or chose it on the home page or in the test, and the page language.
- If you ask from the test: your answers and the percentage you got.
- Where you came from, if the link said so (for example, "linkedin").
- The text you agreed to and the date, as proof of your consent.
- An encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, which can't be turned back into it, to stop automated requests. Your IP is not stored.
If you joined the waiting list, the calculator or the sharing reward before 2/11/2026, we still keep what you gave us then with the same care; those parts of the website no longer exist and you can ask us to delete it.
If you ask for your test result by email
At the end of the test you can ask us to email you your result without asking for the audit. It is a separate consent, with its own unticked box (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): "I agree that LemoonLabs may email me my result and write to me with ideas for my company. I can unsubscribe at any time."
- We keep your email, your test answers and the percentage you got, the page language, where you came from (if the link said so), the text you agreed to with its date and the same encrypted fingerprint of your IP. We do not ask for your name, company or phone.
- Purpose: sending you your result, with the tasks we would automate first, and writing to you now and then with ideas for your company. We do not call you or write to you to set a time: if you want to talk to us, ask for the audit.
- First you get the confirmation email (below); until you confirm it, we send you nothing else.
- You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any of our emails or by writing to contacto@lemoonlabs.com, and we delete it.
The confirmation email
When you ask for the audit or your test result, we first send you a short email with a button to confirm the address is yours. Until you press it, your request does not count and we do not write to you again; if it was not you, just do nothing. This way nobody can use your email without you knowing.
Once you confirm, you get an email with what happens next and, if you took the test, your result (or only your result, if that is what you asked for). It goes from our own server straight to the mail server of your address, without any email-sending company, and it only carries what you gave us. The email's images load from lemoonlabs.com and are the same for everyone: they don't tell us who opened it. If you want no more emails, reply "unsubscribe".
Other emails we send you
3 and 7 days after you ask for the audit we write to you once each time: to find a time if we haven't talked yet and to explain how we work. Nothing else, except the newsletter if you ask for it. All of them go from our own server and stop if you reply "unsubscribe".
Alerts to our team and backups
When you ask for your test result, we get the same alert, so we know you asked for it, but we do not write to you to set a time. When you ask for the audit, we get an alert so we can write to you soon: to our mailbox, with everything you gave us, and to our Telegram group, without your name, email or phone (only the company, what takes up your time, the sector, team size and test). Every night we make an encrypted backup of the data, kept 14 days on the server and 90 in Ángel's Google Drive; only he has the key to open it.
If you message us on WhatsApp (+34 666 94 20 57, from the button on the website), your message and your number are processed by WhatsApp (Meta), and we only read them to reply to you. We do not add them to the list or the newsletter unless you ask.
The Cuarto Creciente newsletter
For now it is only in Spanish and only for those who tick its own box (unticked by default) on the Spanish pages: a separate consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), stored with the text accepted and its date. Every two weeks it tells what we are doing at LemoonLabs. It is sent from our own server, written with help from Claude (Anthropic) using our work notes: your email and your data are never sent to it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; leaving the newsletter does not delete your audit request.
Website statistics
When you open a page we note which page it is, which website you came from (only the domain, for example linkedin.com), whether it's a phone or a computer and the link's campaign, if any. To count different people we use a fingerprint that changes every day: it can't reveal your IP or recognise you on another day. If you ask for the audit or your result, we keep with your request the page you sent it from and, from your visit that day, the page you entered on, the site you came from, the campaign and the last button you pressed, to know which pages bring us requests. If you take the test without asking for the audit or your result by email, we keep your answers with nothing that identifies you, to learn which tasks weigh most. All of this is deleted after 90 days.
The steps towards the audit
Besides visits, the home page tells us about a few steps towards the audit: whether you press a button to ask for it, whether you use the one-minute check-up, whether you start or send the form and in which field there was an error (only the field's name, never what you typed). They are stored with the same fingerprint that changes every day, with no cookies and nothing in your browser, only to know how many people reach each step, and they are deleted after 90 days like the rest of the statistics. In our dashboard we also see audit requests whose email has not been confirmed yet, with the company and the email hidden; we do not write to you and we get no alert until you confirm it.
How long
What you give us when asking for the audit or your test result, until you unsubscribe or, at most, 24 months from the last time we talked. Statistics, 90 days. After that we delete them.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and no third-party analytics. Nor does it store anything in your browser.
The example for your sector and the daily summary
If you type what your company does, we prepare the example of what we would automate with an AI. We send only that text, with nothing else, to Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, in the United States), which under its commercial terms does not use what it receives through its API to train its models. If Anthropic is unavailable or we reach our spending limit, an AI running on our own server in the EU prepares it, and then it does not leave our server. We keep the sector and the example it produced so we don’t repeat the work, with nothing that identifies you. Type only the sector, never personal data: if you type an email address or a link, we don’t accept it.
Every morning, Anthropic also receives the previous day's numbers (visits, sectors typed, test results) to write us a summary, and the week's numbers when we ask it from our team chat. It never receives email addresses, names, phone numbers or anything that identifies you.
If something isn't right
Email us at contacto@lemoonlabs.com and we'll fix it. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
