How do I know if my business needs AI?

What is an automation?
A task someone does by hand today, always the same way, that now runs on its own or almost on its own: answering the usual emails, reminding people of appointments or warning you when stock runs low. You check and decide.

Do I have to change my software or know about computers?
No. We work with what you already use, such as email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets or your management software, and the technical side is our job. We show whoever will use it how it works.
Can it connect to the software I use?
Usually yes: email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, calendar or your management software. We check it in the audit with what you use.
What do I need to prepare for the audit?
Nothing special. Think about what repeats every week and, if you like, have an example to hand: one of the usual emails, the diary or the stock sheet. We go through the rest together.
Is it legal to use AI in my company?
Yes. It has to be done properly: rules of use, basic training for the team, the GDPR and telling people when they are talking to an AI. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
That is why a person checks anything important before it goes out, and we measure errors before and after.
What is the difference between a chatbot and an agent?
A chatbot answers. An agent also does things: it looks up a piece of information, drafts an email or books an appointment. We use them with your approval.
What maintenance does it need?
We check that it keeps working and adjust it if the way you work changes. It is included in the monthly fee.
Do I own what you build if I stop paying the fee?
Yes. What we build for your company is yours: if you stop the monthly fee, the automation keeps working with your accounts, and we hand over its documentation and access. We just stop maintaining it.
Is it worth it if I already pay for ChatGPT?
Yes. ChatGPT is used by each person; we leave a specific task running on its own. If it fits, we make use of what you already pay for.
Do you work outside Murcia?
Yes, with small businesses all over Spain, by video call. In the Region of Murcia we come in person.
